AVnode 4.0 is a digital innovation project promoted by Flyer srl Impresa Sociale, aimed at the digitalisation, archiving, consultation, and dissemination of contemporary digital art through an advanced platform based on a database, an international network, and an automated WebTV.

The project builds on Flyer’s more than twenty years of experience in the field of audiovisual arts and technology applied to culture and is based on a unique heritage comprising over 30,000 artists, 5,000 artworks, and more than 70 international organisations, collected through more than two decades of activity.

AVnode 4.0 integrates advanced digital tools and artificial intelligence–based solutions to support artists, cultural organisations, and audiences in the consultation, enhancement, and dissemination of digital artworks, with a specific focus on audiovisual performances, projection mapping, immersive installations, and generative art.

The platform enables:

  • the digitalisation of digital artworks, including through dedicated hardware solutions;

  • public access to artists, artworks, events, organisations, and multimedia content;

  • advanced services for artists and cultural professionals;

  • a 24/7 automated WebTV, dedicated to the dissemination of performances, documentaries, workshops, and audiovisual content.

The project generates a cultural, social, and economic impact at both national and international levels, fostering access to digital culture, collaboration among creative communities, and the growth of new professional skills within the cultural and creative sectors, while contributing to the digital and green transition.
