Trade by Sys is the name of the software introduced by the FAO Statistics Division to optimize one of the most important activities of the division. The software automates all the processes needed to collect and process data on imports and exports of agricultural products and foodstuffs from all over the world. Before using this new software, the FAO Statistics Division devoted the whole operation nine months of work today, thanks to the new application, substantially reduced working time in two months.
